1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Virtual Business Integrator, doing business as VBI Scale (Visionary Business Integrators) ("VBI Scale", "we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal information.

It applies when you submit a form through our Facebook or Instagram ads, visit vbiscale.com.ph, book a call with us, or contact us in any other way. We follow Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the rules of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and assess whether we can help your business.

  • Contact details: full name, email address, mobile number.

  • Business details: business name, industry, role, approximate revenue range, team size, and the answers you give to questions on our forms.

  • Booking details: the date and time of any call you schedule, and notes from that call.

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and ad interaction data collected through cookies and the Meta Pixel on our website.

When you use a Meta Lead Form, Meta may pre-fill some fields from your Facebook or Instagram profile. You can review and edit these before you submit. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health data or financial account details through our forms.

3. How we use your information

  • Schedule and prepare for your Business & Clarity Audit or discovery call.

  • Improve our website, ads and services, and measure how our campaigns perform.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with people and services that help us respond to you:

  • Our team: VBI Scale staff and Business Integrators who handle your inquiry.

  • Service providers: tools we use for CRM, email, scheduling and data storage, such as [CRM / email tools you use], Google Workspace and our calendar booking tool. They may only use your data to provide services to us.

  • Meta Platforms: when you submit a Lead Form, Meta processes your data under its own Data Policy (facebook.com/privacy/policy).

  • Legal requirements: government authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights...

Some of these providers store data on servers outside the Philippines. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data stays protected as required by the Data Privacy Act.

5. Cookies and the Meta Pixel

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site, measure ad results, and show relevant ads to people who visited us. The Pixel may share browsing events, such as page views and form submissions, with Meta.

6. Retention and security
